Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Hare Krishna Movement Raipur, we are committed to transparent and ethical use of all donations and event contributions. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any donation or booking.

1. Donations

  • All donations made to Hare Krishna Movement Raipur are voluntary, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

  • Once a donation is made, it will not be refunded under any circumstances, including user errors, duplicate transactions, or change of heart.

  • If you believe a mistake has been made in your donation, please contact us immediately at hkmbhilai@gmail.com within 48 hours of the transaction. We will review the concern and respond on a case-by-case basis.

2. Event Bookings & Registrations

  • Cancellations by Participant:
    If you wish to cancel your registration for a paid event (such as a yatra, seminar, or retreat), please notify us at hkmbhilai@gmail.com at least 7 days prior to the event date. In such cases, a partial refund (excluding any processing/administration fee) may be considered.

  • Cancellations Within 7 Days of the Event:
    No refund will be issued if the cancellation request is made within 7 days of the event start date, unless in cases of serious emergency (subject to management approval).

  • Cancellations by the Organizer:
    In the unlikely event that an event is canceled by Hare Krishna Movement Raipur, all registered participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee within 10 working days.

3. Transaction Failures

If a transaction fails due to network or technical errors but the amount is debited from your bank account:

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for automatic reversal by the payment gateway or your bank.

  • If not reversed, kindly email us at hkmbhilai@gmail.com with payment proof (screenshot, transaction ID, date & time).

4. Changes to this Policy

Hare Krishna Movement Raipur reserves the right to revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be posted on this website with the revised date.
